Zuko stepped forwards but was stopped by ice around his ankles and a wall of ice around his actual body, isolating him for a few moments. It gave Katara enough time to run towards him, hiding out of site of Azula as a few of the village men got back to their feet and were helping Sokka against Azula’s lightning attacks.

For the past week, Aang had been flying solo with Appa and Momo. The only human interaction he’d had was with bounty hunters that were still on his tail. He was lonely, as he wad so used to having others with him. Being concealed in ice for 100 years wasn’t a lonely thing, because he didn’t even know and then coming face-to-face with Katara and Sokka pretty much straight away… He just wasn’t used to being by himself as far as human companions went. So far, he wasn’t sure where he was going, so to help clear his mind, he set Appa on a line towards the northern Air Temple.
